  Lexcom has assisted WeSpecialty, a Managing General Agent (MGA) specialised in specialty insurance (transport and political risks) with the acquisition of Cogeas, a MGA also operating in transport risks (hull, cargo, marine liability), from Diot-Siaci. This acquisition allows WeSpecialty, which has historically been positioned on the market of large international companies, to diversify through complementarity with small and medium-sized French assureds. This operation also leads WeSpecialty to double its global annual premium volume to over 40 m€, becoming one of the leading MGAs operating in the specialty insurance sector in Europe.
