Lexcom tax team has assisted BlackFin Capital Partners Funds for the acquisition of a majority stake in Groupe CIR, French leader in design, structuring and distribution of savings products based on underlying city-center real estate. Groupe CIR (CIR, Urban Premium and Agarim) markets more than 1250 investment packages a year through a network of over 800 banking partners and asset management advisors, boosting its revenue to over €250 million.

This operation was followed by GFP's acquisition of management company Cetim from wholesale brokering leader April with a network of 15,000 partner brokers. With this acquisition, Cetim and GFP will become the largest independent delegated management platform in France, with over 2 million people covered. The new group will support major insurance companies, provident institutions, mutual insurance companies and numerous brokerage firms in the management of group and individual health and provident contracts.
